Recently, the small fishmeal plant we exported to Somalia has been installed and can be put into production. The Somali customer uses fresh fish to process the high-quality fish meal. The output of his fishmeal processing plant is 1-2 tons per day.
Why is the 2t/d fish meal making machine so popular?
The small fishmeal machine manufactured by our factory is very popular in the international market. Up to now, our fishmeal processing machines have been exported to more than 50 countries and regions, such as Chile, Brazil, Canada, the United States, Indonesia, Vietnam, Ghana, South Africa, Iran, etc.
The 2t/d small fishmeal machine is popular because it is more suitable for small and medium-sized fishmeal production plants. This integrated fishmeal plant integrates all the functions of a large fishmeal production line, that is, crushing, cooking, pressing, drying, screening, packaging, etc.
In addition, due to its small size, this fish meal machine does not take up too much area, so users do not need to build or rent large factories. This kind of integrated fishmeal processing equipment adopts an integrated design, and each production link is connected to each other, so it does not require many workers to operate. The most important point is that this small fishmeal plant is also very suitable for working on large fishing boats.
Details of the Somalia order for small fish meal plant
The Somali client’s local fishery resources are very rich, so he and his friends would like to use this advantage to invest. After investigation and research, the customer and his friends agreed that investing in the business of producing high-quality fishmeal would be a great idea. Because the price of fish meal in the international market is consistently high, and as a nutritious animal feed, fishmeal is in great demand in the market.
They collected a lot of information about fishmeal machine manufacturers and also inquired about the quotation and detailed parameters of fishmeal equipment one after another. But what these fishmeal machine manufacturers recommend to them is a fish meal production line with a large output. The investment cost is very high. The Somali client believes that this is his first investment in the fish meal business and should not be too risky to invest a lot of money.
Based on the customer’s concern, our factory recommended a small fish meal plant with a lower investment cost, with an output of between 1 ton and 2 ton per day. The Somali customer was very satisfied with our proposal and soon chose to cooperate with us.
